A leading architectural staffing firm based in Eastern Wisconsin is seeking a Strategic Recruiter for structural engineering projects. You'll design and detail cold-formed steel systems, producing shop drawings using AutoCAD. Qualifications

In This Role, You’ll

• Design and detail cold-formed steel and other structural systems
• Produce precise shop drawings using AutoCAD; Revit exposure a bonus
• Collaborate directly with project managers, engineers, and detailers
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings to produce buildable systems
• Grow your technical and project leadership skills with real impact on project outcomes
• 0–5 years of experience in structural engineering OR 3–10 years in structural or architectural drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or 3D modeling a bonus)
