Job summary

LeoForce in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a Structural Project Manager with mid-to-senior experience to lead a team of engineers on building and infrastructure projects. You will coach junior and mid-career staff, oversee technical direction, manage scope, schedule, budget, and client communications from proposal through construction close-out, and ensure quality control and construction administration.

This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, a competitive salary of $125k-$145k,

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive structural engineering experience, including project management responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, and client communication from proposal through construction close-out.
  • Proficiency in structural design: Revit, RISA, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.
  • Experience with a range of structural materials and systems (steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and/or cold-formed steel).

Responsibilities

  • Coach engineers at the junior and mid-career level via hands-on training, design critiques, and guidance on professional growth.

Education & Licensure

  • PE license in Wisconsin, SE is a plus
