Job summary

Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is seeking a Project Engineer - Structural for the Greater Southern Milwaukee Area. The role blends technical design, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to own projects from concept through installation.

You'll lead complex engineering projects, develop drawings and calculations, coordinate with customers and internal teams, manage schedules and budgets, and drive continuous improvements across the engineering organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years of engineering design experience.
• 3+ years of project management leadership.
• Experience with custom-engineered products or industrial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering projects from design through implementation and field support.
• Develop engineering drawings, project documentation, calculations, and technical deliverables.
• Partner with customers, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and priorities across multiple active projects.
• Support installation and commissioning activities by providing technical expertise and problem-solving.
• Drive process improvements, documentation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering organization.
