Qualifications

• 0–5 years of structural engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• EIT/FE preferred or willingness to pursue
• Fundamental understanding of structural engineering and building design
• Familiarity with applicable building codes and standards
• Exposure to structural design software, CAD, Revit, or other BIM platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, motivated, and eager to learn
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

We’re seeking a motivated Structural Engineer with 0–5 years of experience to join a collaborative engineering team focused on the design of building structures. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to develop strong technical skills while gaining hands-on exposure to projects from initial design through construction.

You’ll work alongside experienced engineers on a variety of structural projects involving wood, concrete, steel, and masonry. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving engineering problems, wants to expand their design capabilities, and is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
