Buckeye Corrugated, Inc. (BCI) is seeking a design-focused professional to develop packaging structures and displays. You will leverage 2D and 3D visualization to create innovative corrugated solutions and collaborate with sales and production teams to meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes accurate schematics, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in an office/design setting. Prior corrugated industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in graphic design and/or packaging design or equivalent professional experience.
• Good knowledge of graphic design concepts.
• Aptitude for 3D visualization and design.
• Attention to detail with the ability to rapidly switch focus between tasks.
• Results-oriented with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Mathematically inclined.

Responsabilités

• Follow safety rules and procedures.
• Work in office/design department supporting sales with design solutions.
• Develop and design structural solutions for corrugated packaging and displays.
• Create and maintain schematics for workflow.
• Design manufacturing and shipping samples for sales/customers.
• Assist in growing business by developing customer relationships and using design in sales.
• Use 2D/3D conceptualization in Artios CAD.
• Prepare prototypes and display specifications.
• Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Support marketing plans and growth opportunities.
