Job summary

Buckeye Corrugated, Inc. (BCI) is seeking a versatile designer to develop structural solutions for corrugated packaging and displays.

You will collaborate with customer service and production to maintain schematics and ship corrugated samples to customers and the sales team. You will also create and adjust art files, maintain production forms, and support marketing with graphics across multiple printing methods.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or packaging design.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of graphic design concepts and 3D visualization.
• Aptitude for rapid task switching between projects.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design structural solutions for corrugated packaging and displays.
• Create and maintain schematics with customer service and production teams.
• Design manufacturing and ship corrugated samples for sales.
• Create, adjust and prepare art files for printing methods.
• Support growth by fostering customer relationships and using design graphics as sales tools.
• Understand marketing plans and assist sales with growth opportunities.
