Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design and/or packaging design.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of graphic design concepts.
• Aptitude for 3D visualization and design.
• Attention to detail with ability to rapidly change focus between tasks and projects.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Results-oriented and able to work independently and in a team.
• Mathematically inclined

Responsibilities

• Develop and design structural solutions for corrugated packaging and displays.
• Create and maintain schematics with customer service and production teams.
• Prepare art files for various printing methods and production forms.
• Support sales by using design graphics as a sales tool.
• Collaborate with vendors on tooling, ink, and production supplies.
• Troubleshoot with departments to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
