To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree related to Architecture or Structural Technology. We are seeking an entry-level individual interested in building design, construction administration, sustainability, and pursuing a career in structural design.

Your New Role

Join a company dedicated to creating a sustainable future through inspiring projects and innovative solutions. As part of our Structural Department, you will work with a team of experienced building design professionals on diverse projects across municipal, industrial, institutional, and commercial sectors, emphasizing sustainability. You will collaborate with professionals across Ramboll’s global business units, including Energy Transition, Environment & Health, Water, and Advanced Manufacturing.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing structural engineering and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit, under supervision.
  • Adhering to Ramboll's quality standards and client-specific standards.
  • Participating in the Ramboll CAD/BIM Coordinator Certification program.
  • Acting as CAD/BIM Coordinator on selected projects.
  • Reviewing vendor drawings and submittals for compliance.
  • Visiting job sites to gain field experience and develop practical skills.
  • Promoting safety culture in the office and field.
  • Applying engineering concepts and calculations under supervision to analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan and create design deliverables.

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Structural Technology.
  • Experience with Autodesk Revit.
  • A willingness to learn new sectors and skills.
  • Strong communication skills, confidence in client interactions, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and good report writing skills.
