Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Structural Design Technician to support our Advanced Manufacturing Data Centers team. You’ll develop and update structural drawings and models for hyperscale data centers, coordinating systems and conditions across multidisciplinary teams.

You will use Revit and 2D drafting to support coordination and reviews, with potential to lead a small project or work package and share technical knowledge with peers. Hybrid work is available across the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years drafting/design experience in the structural field
• At least 1 year of Revit
• At least 3 years AutoCAD design experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and update structural drawings and models for data centers
• Coordinate building systems and existing conditions with project teams
• Help produce construction documents for hyperscale facilities
• Use 2D drafting and BIM tools to support coordination and reviews
• Share technical knowledge with teammates
