Job summary

Jacobs is hiring a Structural Design Technician to support our Advanced Manufacturing Data Centers team. You will develop and update structural drawings and BIM models, coordinating with engineers and designers on data center projects across the United States.

You’ll use Revit and AutoCAD to prepare construction documents, review standards, and share knowledge with teammates, enabling efficient project delivery and quality reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years drafting/design experience in the structural field.
• At least 1 year of Revit
• At least 3 years AutoCAD design experience.

Responsibilities

• Designs and updates structural drawings and models for hyperscale data centers and mission-critical facilities.
• Coordinates building systems and existing conditions with project teams.
• Produces clear, accurate construction documents including foundations, structural framing, and equipment support.
