Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Structural Design Technician to support the Advanced Manufacturing Data Centers team. You will create and update structural drawings, coordinate building systems, and help produce construction documents for hyperscale data centers across the United States.

You will use 2D drafting and BIM tools (Revit) and may lead small work packages depending on experience. We offer a hybrid work policy, strong health benefits, and opportunities to grow with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years drafting/design experience in structural field.
• Minimum 1 year of Revit experience.
• At least 3 years AutoCAD design experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update structural drawings and models for data center projects.
• Coordinate building systems and existing conditions across teams.
• Help produce clear, accurate construction documents.
• Use 2D drafting and BIM tools, including Revit, for project coordination.
