Job summary

RIM Recruitment Professionals in Lexington, KY seeks a detail-oriented BIM technician/engineer to assist project managers and engineers in modeling and drafting for commercial, heavy industrial, institutional, and water/wastewater facilities.

You will use Revit, AutoCAD and BricsCAD to create 2D/3D construction documents, schedules, and BIM analytical models while ensuring designs are sound and deliverables meet deadlines, with clear communication across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years structural Revit BIM modeling / CADD experience in the consulting engineering business.
• Current Revit and AutoCAD expertise.
• BricsCAD drafting knowledge highly desirable.
• Experience producing structural construction documents in 2D & 3D including schedules.
• Knowledge of BIM and National CADD standards.

Responsibilities

• Assisting project managers and engineers with modeling and drafting of code specific and structurally sound designs.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary design team to deliver structurally sound and mechanically complete projects.
