Job summary

Jobster LLC is seeking a structural BIM engineer to transform architectural concepts into precise construction documents for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. You will work with project managers and engineers to produce plans, sections, 2D/3D details, and schedules, ensuring constructability and adherence to BIM standards.

You should have hands-on Revit BIM modeling and CAD experience with strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, plus familiarity with BricsCAD or MicroStation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on structural Revit BIM modeling and CAD experience in a consulting engineering environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proven ability to produce comprehensive structural construction documents: plans, sections, 2D/3D details, and structural schedules.
• Strong working knowledge of current BIM standards and National CAD guidelines.
• Microsoft Office fluency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive.
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal, who collaborates effectively across disciplines.

About the Role

You’ll transform architectural vision into precise structural designs for commercial complexes, industrial facilities, institutional buildings, and critical water infrastructure. Working alongside experienced project managers and engineers, you’ll create detailed construction documents that guide projects from concept to completion, making sure every plan, section, and 3D model is both structurally sound and construction-ready.

Responsibilities
