Responsibilities

• Lead a growing team of structural analysis engineers and manage all managerial tasks.
• Allocate 80% of time to structural analysis while coordinating with IPT leads.
• Establish, maintain and facilitate communications, tasking, scheduling, and reviews.
• Recruit, staff, retain talent; conduct weekly team meetings and performance reviews.
