Job summary

Covenant Health's LeConte Medical Center in Sevierville, TN, is hiring an RN Special Projects Coordinator for Nursing ADM Support to coordinate the Stroke Program with the Stroke Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner, and Administration.

You will lead care plan development, stroke protocols, and staff education, while ensuring compliance with Joint Commission standards and data reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ nursing experience.
• Current Tennessee RN license.
• No formal education requirement specified; must meet licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates stroke patient care during and post hospitalization.
• Lead development of care plans, protocols, order sets, and other guidelines in the management of stroke.
• Facilitates Stroke Community Events including screening stations and guest speakers.
• Monitors and provides on-going staff educational opportunities for all levels and departments interacting with the Stroke population.
• Collects and analyzes data; submits data to Joint Commission and regulatory agencies; maintains stroke metrics.
