Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced Stroke Network Program Manager to provide operational leadership across the HonorHealth stroke program. You will develop, implement, and maintain stroke care standards across all network locations, driving quality and regulatory compliance.

You will report to committees and collaborate with physicians, nursing, EMS, and staff to improve outcomes and efficiency. The role requires a BSN with 5 years in stroke and at least 2 years in leadership, ACLS/BLS

Qualifications

  • BSN required; RN licensure in AZ.
  • MSN/MSN/MLN preferred.
  • 5 years in stroke; 2+ years leadership required.
  • ACLS and BLS certifications required; SCRN within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership for HonorHealth Stroke network; develop and maintain locations per accreditation standards.
  • Lead efforts to obtain and grow stroke certifications and designations across the network.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing, allied health staff, and EMS to standardize care and improve patient outcomes.
  • Mentor stroke coordinators; ensure staffing, budgeting, and performance evaluation.
  • Lead annual stroke accreditation surveys and implement corrective action plans.
