Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Nursing Program Manager RN to lead the Stroke Program, oversee data management and performance improvement, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance stroke care. This role emphasizes program development, regulatory readiness, and leading initiatives to enhance patient outcomes within a growing program.

The ideal candidate will manage program metrics, prepare for Joint Commission surveys, and support thrombectomy service expansion.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state.
  • Experience with electronic medical records, preferably Epic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Stroke Program management and coordinate initiatives for high-quality outcomes.
  • Monitor ~600 stroke patients annually and maintain program data and metrics.
  • Analyze program performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to support stroke care quality and program goals.
  • Support expansion of thrombectomy services and related program development.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and committees.
