Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health Temple is seeking a Stroke Program Coordinator to lead program operations, coordinate staff, and ensure high-quality patient care within our stroke services.

The role requires nursing leadership, ER/high-acuity stroke experience, and strong communication to collaborate with the advisory committee, manage budgets and data, and uphold regulatory quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional nursing experience.
• Experience in ER or high-acuity stroke care preferred.
• Must have or obtain BLS certification within 30 days.
• RN license held.

Responsibilities

• Organize programs and deliver training for staff.
• Coordinate between team, advisory committee, and facility management.
• Engage in annual planning and review of programs.
• Plan and share evaluations of program efficacy.
• Attend Advisory Committee meetings and document outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data related to program results.
• Uphold quality improvement standards and regulatory compliance.
• Handle program records, patient charges, and financial summaries.
