Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a clinically strong RN leader to build and lead Bergen New Bridge's Stroke Program and neurology operations. You will drive certification readiness, govern stroke quality data, and partner with physicians and executive leadership to scalable processes that improve outcomes.

The role requires an NJ RN license, BSN, and 3+ years in stroke-related fields, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN license.
• BSN required.
• 3+ years in stroke care, neuroscience, emergency, critical care, healthcare quality or operations.
• Direct experience building/leading a Stroke Program.
• Experience preparing for Stroke Center Certification/Accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of Primary Stroke Center standards, stroke quality measures, regulatory requirements, PI methodologies.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and committees.
• Strong PM and operational leadership experience.
• Experience with EMR systems, quality dashboards, and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and mature Bergen New Bridge's Stroke Program.
• Develop governance structures, protocols, staffing models, and education programs.
• Drive Primary Stroke Center certification readiness and compliance.
• Own stroke registry data, dashboards, quality metrics, and regulatory reporting.
• Lead stroke committee meetings, case reviews, mock stroke codes, and competency programs.
• Standardize neurology operations across inpatient and ambulatory settings.
• Improve patient access, throughput, navigation, and continuity of care.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvement initiatives.
• Partner with executive and clinical leadership on growth strategy, staffing, technology, EMR workflow optimization, and marketing.
• Present performance updates and action plans to leadership.

Title: Stroke Program Manager

Location: Paramus, NJ

Must Have Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN License
• BSN required
• 3+ years of experience in: Stroke Care, Neuroscience, Emergency Services, Critical Care, Healthcare Quality, Healthcare Operations
• Direct experience building, leading, or expanding a Stroke Program
• Experience preparing for Stroke Center Certification/Accreditation
• Strong knowledge of: Primary Stroke Center standards, Stroke quality measures, Regulatory requirements, Performance improvement methodologies
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and committees
• Strong project management and operational leadership experience
• Experience with EMR systems, quality dashboards, and data reporting tools

Nice to Have

• MSN, MHA, MPH, or related advanced degree
• SCRN Certification (required within 24 months if not currently certified)
• Ambulatory Neurology operations experience
• Experience with community outreach and referral development
• Budgeting and staffing plan experience
• Experience with provider onboarding and physician practice operations
