MedStar Health is seeking a Stroke Coordinator to lead and coordinate the stroke program. You will serve as a liaison among physicians, nursing staff, allied health professionals, patients and families to ensure seamless care across the continuum.

In this role you will work with the multidisciplinary team to implement clinical care paths and coordinate services from admission to discharge, ensuring adherence to evidence-based protocols and improving patient outcomes.

Competenze

• BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license (MD, DC, or compact) and ACLS/NIHSS required.
• Minimum 2 years clinical RN experience including stroke care.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and implement services and activities related to the stroke program.
• Serve as liaison between physicians, nursing staff, allied healthcare professionals, patients and families.
• Coordinate and facilitate care for stroke patients throughout the continuum; work with the multidisciplinary team to ensure adherence to the clinical care path.
