Job summary

St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare, seeks a Stroke Program Coordinator to lead development, implementation, and evaluation across the continuum of stroke care. Qualifications

• Current state RN license required.
• At least 1 year of clinical, service line and/or management experience in a multidisciplinary health care setting including at least 6 months inpatient experience preferred in critical care or emergency department.
• Knowledge of current State Laws and Regulations as applicable to facility and the Stroke program.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of the Stroke Program.
• Collaborate with the Stroke Program Medical Director, the Emergency Department and Inpatient Nursing and Physician leadership in a mutually supportive relationship.
• Plan, implement and evaluate clinical programs to achieve high quality, patient-focused outcomes in stroke care.
