Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years RN experience.
• BSN
• Current State of Illinois RN License
• NIHSS certification
• Previous stroke experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Oversee care of stroke patients and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Perform data collection, analysis, and lead continuous quality improvement.
• Lead patient satisfaction initiatives and community outreach.
• Provide patient guidance, education, and follow-up for stroke patients.
• Collaborate with staff and physicians to ensure seamless coordination of care.
