Life Time Inc. is seeking an energetic Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better while delivering an educational, positive member experience that upholds Life Time’s brand.

You will develop personalized stretch and recovery plans, conduct demos, promote services, and maintain safety and compliance through required trainings and certifications while providing exceptional customer service on

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Certified Personal Trainer certification is required.
CPR and AED certification is required.
Assisted Stretching Certification (AIS, FST, or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
Leads recovery sessions with assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
Completes required trainings and stays current on certifications and industry trends.
Promotes stretch session programs and other personal training services.
Documents all aspects of client programming and provides superior customer service.
