Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better.

You will build relationships, deliver safe, professional programs, and provide education that aligns with the Life Time Brand. You will lead clients through stretch and recovery sessions, promote and sell related services, document progress, and stay current with certifications and industry trends to advance within the

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified personal trainer credential is required.
• CPR and AED certification is required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques is required.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, percussion, and breathing drills.
• Completes all administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Documents all aspects of client programming and progress.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other PT services.
