Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Personal Training - Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them move better and feel their best.

You will provide a safe, educational member experience that aligns with Life Time's brand and standards. The role involves creating personalized stretch programs, leading demonstrations, and promoting stretch sessions while maintaining strong client relationships and ongoing certification

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal Trainer certification required or preferred.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Guide recovery sessions with assisted stretching, percussion tools, and breathing drills.
• Read and participate in required role trainings and certifications.
• Conduct stretch demos for new clients, including pre-participation screenings and goal setting.
