Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members by delivering branded assisted stretch and recovery sessions, building relationships, and promoting related training services.

You will educate members, ensure safety, and uphold Life Time brand standards while driving client goals and satisfaction. You will participate in ongoing training, manage client fitness plans, and document progress while maintaining an exceptional member experience on the fitness

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal trainer required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform aerobic activity for class duration.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to achieve goals and retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Lead recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Engage in required training and certifications for the role.
• Conduct stretch/recovery demos for new clients including assessments and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promote and sell stretch session programs and other training services.
• Complete all administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends to advance within the program.
• Ensure members feel competent and connected via superior customer service and programming.
• Document all aspects of client programming.
