Job summary
Apis Services, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead the Street Outreach Program in Philadelphia, overseeing staff and operations to deliver person-centered services for adults experiencing homelessness.
The Program Manager will supervise Street Outreach Case Managers, coordinate services between the Community Connections Office and Street Outreach Teams, and collaborate with Code Blue providers and community partners to ensure high-quality, compliant services in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in one of the specified fields.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with adults with IDD, Behavioral Health diagnoses, or Substance Use Recovery programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and supervision to program staff.
- Train, mentor, and support employee development while addressing performance issues.
- Manage staff scheduling and coverage for leave.
- Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new staff.
- Coordinate services between offices and with community partners.
- Direct client engagement and outreach activities as needed.
