Job summary

Capitol Broadcasting Company’s WRAL Media seeks a Streaming Partnerships & CTV Revenue Lead to own FAST contracts and manage connected‑TV distribution partners. The role develops an aggressive CTV revenue plan across direct‑sold, programmatic, sponsorship, and packaged opportunities, ensuring the inventory is measurable and monetization-ready.

Collaborate with Product, Technology, Content and Ad Operations to optimize inventory, pursue new partnerships (Samsung TV Plus, NewsON, Haystack, Roku),

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years in digital or media advertising sales, distribution partnerships, or streaming (OTT/CTV).
• Experience with FAST platforms and distribution deals; contract negotiation and revenue targets.
• Strong written/verbal communication and negotiation skills; external/internal stakeholder liaison.

Responsibilities

• Own FAST and free ad-supported streaming contracts and day-to-day distributor management.
• Manage platform relationships (Samsung TV Plus, NewsON, Haystack, Roku, etc.).
• Build and execute a robust CTV revenue plan across direct-sold, programmatic, sponsorship, and packaged opportunities.
• Present CTV strategies in client meetings; translate tech concepts into business outcomes for advertisers.
