Job summary

Capitol Broadcasting Company is seeking a Streaming Partnerships & CTV Revenue Lead to drive monetization for WRAL Media’s ad-supported streaming TV. You will own FAST contracts, oversee distribution partners, and craft a revenue plan spanning direct-sold, programmatic, sponsorship, and packaged opportunities.

You’ll work with product, technology, content, and ad operations to ensure inventory is measurable and monetization-ready, collaborating with sales leadership to identify top advertisers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in digital/media advertising sales, distribution partnerships, or streaming.
• Experience with FAST platforms and distribution deals, including contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Own FAST and FAS contracts and manage distribution partners.
• Manage platform relationships (Samsung TV Plus, NewsON, Haystack, Roku).
• Build and execute a robust CTV revenue plan across direct-sold, programmatic, sponsorships, and packaging.
• Act as internal SME on connected TV, streaming distribution, programmatic buying, and measurement.
• Lead client meetings with advertisers and agencies to explain CTV strategies and opportunities.
• Develop monetization strategies to maximize inventory value while preserving viewer experience.
• Collaborate with sales strategy, research, product, and ad operations on inventory and reporting.
