Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. is seeking a Streaming Partnerships & CTV Revenue Lead in Raleigh to own FAST/CTV contracts and oversight of distribution partnerships.

You will craft aggressive revenue plans spanning direct-sold and programmatic channels, while collaborating with product, technology, and ad operations to ensure monetization readiness. You will present to advertisers, translate technical concepts into business outcomes, and propel WRAL Media’s streaming growth through

Qualifications

• The candidate has 5+ years in digital or media advertising sales with a focus on connected-TV/OTT.
• Direct experience negotiating FAST platforms and distribution deals with revenue targets.
• Working knowledge of ad servers, programmatic concepts, CTV measurement, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own FAST and free ad-supported streaming TV contracts and manage distribution partners.
• Build and execute a robust CTV revenue plan across direct-sold, programmatic, sponsorship, and packaged opportunities.
• Lead presentations for advertisers, explain CTV strategies, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Content, and Ad Operations to ensure monetization readiness.
• Develop audience insights and performance reporting to strengthen proposals.
• Represent WRAL Media credibly with advertisers, agencies, and technology providers.
