Job summary

Sensiba LLP is seeking a Project Manager in the Strategy & Transformation group in the United States. You will drive high‑impact initiatives, coordinate tasks and owners, and embed AI features to enhance trackers, reporting, and risk management across major programs.

You’ll work across teams to reduce ambiguity, maintain momentum, and deliver outcomes aligned with firm strategy, while enjoying autonomy and a hybrid/remote friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years building plans, sequencing work, and tracking delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or management preferred, or equivalent demonstrable practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with Monday, Jira, or similar project-tracking tools.
• Familiar with generative AI tools to speed up reporting and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Turn Ambiguity Into a Plan: break down complex initiatives into tasks, owners, and dates.
• Hold People to Their Word: ensure internal teams and vendors meet commitments and flag risk early.
• Make the Work Visible: document discussions and decisions so all can see progress.
• Harness Healthy Tension: call out broken processes and push back when needed to improve plans.
• Optimize for Flow: remove blockers to keep delivery moving with rigor.
• Convene the Right People: bring together the right attendees with clear outcomes and decisions.
