Job summary

Omnicom seeks a Senior Project Manager: AI Transformation to lead AI-centric business process transformations across client and agency teams. You will bridge emerging AI tools with day-to-day workflows, manage UAT, and drive adoption and governance in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the central AI Transformation team and be accountable for adoption rates, process efficiencies, and outcomes-based integration results, influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in program delivery, project management, or operations within media technology, agency environments, ad tech, or enterprise AI solution deployment.
• Expert-level stakeholder management with a proven track record of influencing senior executives and C-suite leadership.
• High cognitive agility and technical curiosity with deep practical experience using leading LLMs, AI agents, and productivity copilots.
• Absolute mastery of project management frameworks and modern collaboration tools (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheet, Jira); strong financial acumen including business case formulation and cost-value tracking.
• Deep comprehension of media planning, buying, and creative workflows, including data integrations, ad operations, and cross-channel platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary voice of the user (client teams) within the AI Transformation team, aligning central product capabilities to agency use cases and client deliverables.
• Aggregate and synthesize client feedback to derive actionable insights that influence future product and feature roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end rollouts of new AI-driven experiences and UAT phases, partnering across teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes.
• Enforce governance and compliance protocols regarding data sharing and agent configurations across client-facing stakeholders.
• Translate agency feedback into engineering requirements with Product and Engineering partners to drive upgrades and releases.
• Staff learnings by conducting post-mortems and updating client playbooks with best practices.
