Nebraska Public Power District seeks a Strategy & Transformation Team Lead to guide business transformation initiatives and mentor teams across value streams.

You will apply Lean continuous improvement, agile methodologies, and change leadership to increase efficiency and value delivery for customers, reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager. Strong coaching and collaboration are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of experience in transformation or CI roles.
• Lean and Agile change management experience preferred.
• Experience with strategy management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Create, lead and implement change initiatives of modest to moderate complexity.
• Coach teams on methodology, tool use and execution.
• Develop project strategies, plans and stakeholder alignment.
• Promote adoption of changes using Change Management and Lean/Agile approaches.
