Responsibilities

• Create, lead and implement change initiatives of modest to moderate complexity.
• Build relationships with management, teammates, and stakeholders within and outside the District.
• Promote the adoption of changes using Strategy Management, Change Leadership, and Change Management methodologies.
• Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, and end-user training.
• Lead/facilitate meetings with team members, sponsors, and users to ensure successful outcomes.
