Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations, DDSAI to partner with R&D leadership and drive data‑driven decision making across technology, data, and AI portfolios.

You will own portfolio governance, strategic planning, resource management, and executive reporting while maintaining hands‑on technical capabilities to process data, automate workflows, build dashboards, and generate automated management reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in portfolio, program, or project management, strategy & operations, business operations, or data analytics.
• Demonstrated experience supporting leadership decision‑making through analytics and reporting, including executive dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Experience in technology, digital, data, AI, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or R&D environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership, and to influence without authority in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop portfolio dashboards, executive scorecards, and KPIs, including value‑realization metrics.
• Monitor delivery performance, milestones, financials, resource utilization, and outcomes.
• Translate complex technical and project information into concise executive recommendations.
• Lead portfolio governance, planning, and reporting processes across DDSAI and R&D initiatives.
