Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations, Data, Data Science and AI (DDSAI). This role partners with DDSAI and R&D leadership to enable data-driven decisions across technology, data, and AI projects.

The candidate will govern portfolios, plan strategically, manage resources, and produce automated management reporting while maintaining hands-on data analytics and dashboard development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in portfolio, program, or project management, strategy & operations, business operations, or data analytics.
• Experience supporting leadership decision-making through analytics and automated reporting.
• Experience in technology, digital, data, AI, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or R&D environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop portfolio governance, executive reporting, and KPI tracking for DDSAI and R&D.
• Create portfolio dashboards and scorecards to enable data-driven decisions.
• Extract, transform, and analyze portfolio data from multiple enterprise systems; automate reporting.
• Design scalable portfolio data models and reusable reporting frameworks.
• Lead ongoing portfolio improvement through standardized processes and templates.
• Partner with project leads to strengthen governance, risk management, and reporting consistency.
