Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations, DDSAI, to partner with DDSAI and R&D leadership in driving data‑driven decisions across technology, data, and AI portfolios.

The role blends portfolio governance, strategic planning, resource management, and hands‑on technical work—building dashboards, automating reports, and delivering executive‑ready insights that inform prioritization and investment decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in portfolio, program, or project management, strategy & operations, or data analytics.
Experience supporting leadership decision‑making through analytics and automated reporting.
Experience in technology, digital, data, AI, healthcare, or R&D environments.
Ability to communicate with technical teams and executives, and influence without authority in a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

Support portfolio governance processes across DDSAI and R&D for technology data and AI initiatives.
Develop portfolio dashboards, executive scorecards, and KPIs.
Extract, transform, and analyze portfolio data from multiple enterprise systems.
Automate reporting using deterministic and probabilistic systems.
Design portfolio data models and reusable reporting frameworks.
Establish data quality validation, controls, and metadata standards.
Design and implement automated reporting solutions for portfolio information.
Develop executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and resource summaries.
Communicate portfolio performance and risks clearly to leadership.
