Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations, Data, Data Science and AI (DDSAI). The role partners with DDSAI and R&D leadership to enable data-driven decisions across technology, data, and AI portfolios.

It combines portfolio governance with hands-on data automation, dashboards, and executive reporting. The candidate will guide governance, planning, resource management, and reporting while maintaining technical capability to process data and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years in portfolio, program, or project management, strategy & operations, or data analytics.
Experience supporting leadership decision-making through analytics and automated reporting.
Experience in technology, digital, data, AI, healthcare, or R&D environments.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive teams.

Responsibilities

Develop portfolio dashboards, executive scorecards, and KPIs with value-realization metrics.
Monitor delivery performance, milestones, financials, and resources.
Translate complex technical data into concise executive recommendations.
Extract, transform, and analyze portfolio data from enterprise systems.
Automate reporting and design reusable portfolio data models.
Lead governance, planning, and reporting improvements across DDSAI and R&D.
