Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Director, R&D DDSAI Therapeutics Development Supply (TDS) - AI Solutions to lead a team of data scientists and GenAI engineers. Location is open to Spring House, PA or Malvern, PA, with strategic ownership of AI capabilities across TDS and DDSAI.

You will drive model-informed design, autonomous labs and semantic data layers, while partnering with scientists and platform teams to scale production-ready AI solutions that deliver durable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in applied data science, machine learning, or AI solution development.
• 3+ years in a people leadership role.
• Proven ability to deliver AI/ML solutions into production and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the TDS AI Solutions strategy and roadmap.
• Lead design, build, validation, and delivery of AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
• Establish reusable patterns and architectures that scale across modalities and functions.
• Serve as DDSAI technical owner for large AI capabilities and cross-functional alignment.
