Job summary

Sandoz is seeking a Manager, Strategy Support in Princeton, NJ to provide project management, analytics, governance, and executive support across priority strategy development and deployment.

Reporting to the Director, Strategy Deployment and partnering with the Director, Strategy Development, this role requires strong organizational discipline, structured problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, life sciences, or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
• 5+ years in strategy execution, PMO, management consulting, transformation, or corporate strategy.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, governance routines, and strategic planning or deployment.
• Experience applying structured problem-solving and analytical tools (dashboards, trackers, KPI reporting) for planning and decision-making.
• Experience preparing leadership-ready presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Strategy Management Office (SMO) operations: governance, portfolio tracking, KPI tracking, dashboards and scorecards.
• Support strategy development through market, competitive, policy analyses and material preparation.
• Coordinate planning/deployment: track priorities, milestones, owners, cross-functional inputs.
• Prepare leadership-ready materials for meetings, briefings, summaries, action-item tracking.
• Support cross-functional execution by coordinating stakeholders, monitoring actions, surfacing risks.
• Provide PMO and analytical support for high-priority strategy initiatives.
