Job summary

Sandoz US is seeking a role in Princeton, NJ to oversee portfolio governance, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination within a hybrid work environment. You will enable timely decisions, build AI-enabled workflows, and ensure data integrity across R&D, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

The role emphasizes execution accountability, template standardization, and proactive issue escalation to sustain portfolio readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pharma/biotech with exposure to generics
• Portfolio or execution roles preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare governance-ready materials for portfolio forums with validated data and clear framing.
• Maintain portfolio forecasts and scenarios across internal assets by updating the pipeline system.
• Coordinate inputs, trackers, and reflect deal/development changes in forecasts as opportunities progress.
• Build and improve templates, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort and cycle time.
• Manage portfolio timelines, data refreshes, and deliverables across internal pipeline and governance activities.
• Coordinate inputs across R&D, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, Supply, and BD teams to prevent delays.
• Track decisions, actions, owners, and timelines and ensure updates in materials and forecasts.
