Job summary

Sandoz is seeking an experienced leader to head patient services for our US portfolio from the Princeton, NJ headquarters. The role focuses on strategy, program design, and lifecycle optimization across FRM and related patient support programs.

You will drive analytics-driven improvements, collaborate across Commercial, Sales, Market Access, and hub operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. A hybrid work arrangement is available in the US.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (PharmD/MPH/MBA or related).
• Experience: 10+ years in pharma/biotech/market access/patient services.
• 5+ years in patient support programs, access, reimbursement, or related leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient services strategy and execution across the portfolio, including program design and lifecycle optimization.
• Drive use of data and analytics to improve service operation, KPI reporting, and cross-functional decisions.
• Provide leadership for FRM team including field reimbursement strategy and payer engagement priorities.
• Translate field insights into actionable recommendations to improve access and program effectiveness.
• Monitor program performance with data to identify barriers and optimize patient/provider experience.
• Partner with Commercial, Sales, and Market Access to translate strategy into patient support and reimbursement solutions.
• Manage hub, copay, patient assistance, adherence, education, and digital engagement activities.
• Ensure programs comply with legal, regulatory, privacy, quality, and internal policies.
