Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree as listed is required.
• Experience: 3+ years in pharma/biotech with exposure to generics; portfolio or execution roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare governance-ready materials for portfolio forums, with validated data and clear framing.
• Maintain portfolio forecasts and scenarios across internal assets, summarizing changes for governance decisions.
• Coordinate inputs, track deal changes, and reflect updates in forecasts and materials as opportunities progress.
• Build templates, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort and cycle time.
• Manage portfolio timelines, data refreshes, and deliverables across internal pipelines and governance activities.
• Coordinate inputs across R&D, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, Supply, and BD teams to prevent delays.
• Track decisions, actions, owners, and timelines; ensure updates are reflected in materials and forecasts.
• Execute priority analyses or portfolio initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Proactively surface risks that could affect portfolio readiness or decision quality.
