Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation efforts in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Ability to forecast performance and recommend interventions.
• Deep financial and business acumen and understanding of how strategic metrics translate into outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist development of PMO methodologies, standards and tools/templates; ensure consistency across workstream and initiatives on transformation methodologies.
• Work with workstream leaders to assist with day-to-day change programs and central training delivery.
• Support workstreams with pressure testing and partnership development.
• Provide reporting visibility to Director-Strategy PMO on program progress and tool usage.
• Escalate issues with a predictive, forward-looking nature.
• Support PMO investment decisions and processes with data-driven input.
• Conduct pressure-testing through business case processes.
