Job summary

Seaman Paper is seeking a Senior Manager, PMO to lead and expand a practical PMO that drives strategic programs from planning through handoff. You will align executives and functional leaders, turning priorities into actionable roadmaps with clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong manufacturing awareness, financial judgment, and executive communication skills, with a hands-on leadership style that balances urgency and collaboration to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial packaging, or similar environments.
• Experience establishing or operating a PMO or formal project-management framework.
• PMP or comparable project-management certification preferred.
• Strong business and financial acumen with budgets and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve a practical PMO framework.
• Define project intake, prioritization, charters, milestones, budgets, and governance.
• Provide enterprise-wide visibility into priorities and risks.
• Evaluate priorities with executives and manage resource constraints.
• Lead portfolio reviews and ensure accountability.
• Continuously improve PMO processes, tools, and governance.
• Lead high-priority cross-functional projects from planning to handoff.
• Translate strategy into scope, deliverables, and schedules.
• Coordinate across functions including Commercial, R&D, Operations, IT, and supply chain.
• Ensure safety, quality, sustainability, and financial objectives.
