Job summary

Google’s Strategy and Operations team seeks a Senior Associate for Product BD and Knowledge & Information partnerships in New York. The role focuses on driving strategy, operations, and business insights across the Partnerships ecosystem, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to align OKRs and growth initiatives.

You will leverage analytics to identify growth levers, build scalable tooling, and influence stakeholders with clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving operational excellence for the Knowledge and Information Partnersips (KIP) organization by supporting key business operations processes, including strategic planning, OKR tracking, budget management, and maintaining the operating rhythm-of-business deliverables.
• Support the implementation of cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring timelines and key deliverables are met across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
• Leverage data to perform critical analysis, activate tools, and support the development of data or AI tools to drive efficiency and insights for the team.
• Identify and solve business operations challenges, proposing process improvements to enhance team efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare clear, simple, and persuasive materials and narratives for internal stakeholders and leadership updates.
