• 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring timelines and key deliverables across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
• Drive operational excellence for the K&I partnerships organization through management of key business operations processes, including strategic planning, OKR setting and tracking, leadership agendas, and business cadences.
• Develop programs and processes to solve business operations challenges, and influence cross-functional teams and leadership to bring them to life.
• Create written communications and presentations with messages effectively tailored to different audience levels.
• Communicate actionable insights to senior leadership by preparing and delivering executive-ready materials.
