• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
• MBA or graduate degree preferred.
• Experience in a Chief of Staff team, Business Operations, or similar strategic office, partnering with senior executive leaders.
• Proven track record of leading complex strategy initiatives and defining structured solutions to ambiguous problems.
• Experience utilizing AI tools and modern software to automate workflows and scale operating cadences.
• Ability to operate with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
• Track record of deriving actionable insights from performance metrics, data trends, and KPI reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
• Drive operational excellence for the K&I Partnerships organization through strategic planning and OKR tracking.
• Develop programs to solve business operations challenges and influence cross-functional teams.
• Create written communications and executive-ready materials for leadership.
• Communicate actionable insights to senior leadership with tailored messages.
