Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Strategy & Operations Lead for the Private Pricing Programs and Experiences team in Seattle. You will steer strategic planning, drive cross-functional initiatives, and translate deep analytics into actionable leadership decisions, shaping the org-wide strategic trajectory.

You will lead high-visibility efforts, produce senior-level reports, and partner with executives to propel growth and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at organizational level.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules.
• Experience performing data analysis with Excel and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic planning, goal-setting cycles, and proposals for senior leaders.
• Drive reporting mechanisms including monthly goal updates and reviews.
• Deep-dive analyses to deepen business understanding and produce focused docs.
• Craft executive communications linking analytics to business decisions.
• Strengthen cross-functional cohesion by driving OKR/workstreams.
• Support senior leadership with other projects and initiatives.
