Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Strategy & Ops Lead for the Private Pricing Programs & Experiences (3PX) team in Arlington, VA. You will lead strategic planning, own goal-setting cycles, and drive cross-functional initiatives across senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
Experience performing data analysis using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

Own strategic planning/goal-setting cycles and pen strategic plans and goal proposals for senior leaders.
Drive monthly goal updates and recurring business/goal reviews.
Conduct deep-dive analyses and deliver focused topic reports.
Craft executive communications and reports for senior leadership.
Bridge analytics reporting with business decision-making.
Support senior leadership with additional cross-functional projects as needed.
